Terms of Service

Welcome to Just Spotted (the "Service"), an Instagram following tracker operated by Sia EOOD("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- Account — your registered Just Spotted sign-in, created with an email address or Google.
- Tracked Account — the public Instagram username you ask us to monitor.
- Check — one completed run in which we read the current follower and following lists of a Tracked Account and compare them with the previous run.
- Report — the results we show you for a Tracked Account: new followers, lost followers, new follows, unfollows, and accounts that don't follow back.
- Service — the website, dashboard, emails and related features we provide.
2. Your account
Registration
To track an account you create an Account with an accurate email address. You are responsible for anything that happens under your Account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
One person
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Suspension
We may suspend or close an Account that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, abuses the Service, or puts other users or the Service at risk. Where we can, we'll tell you why and how to appeal.
3. What the Service does
Just Spotted reads publicly visible Instagram profile data — the follower and following lists of public accounts — and tells you what changed between Checks. We do not ask for your Instagram password, we never log in to your Instagram account, and we cannot track private accounts.
Instagram is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. Just Spotted is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. You are responsible for your own use of Instagram and for complying with Instagram's terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service:
- Unlawfully, or to infringe someone else's rights.
- To harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against, or otherwise harm an individual.
- To collect Instagram data at scale outside the Service, or to resell, republish or feed our Reports into another tracking service.
- To probe, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
- To track an account you have no right to monitor under the law where you live.
The Service has limits — for example one Tracked Account and up to 10,000 followers on the free plan, and Checks run weekly. Excessive or abusive use may lead to throttling or suspension.
5. Plans and fees
Free plan
The free plan is $0 and includes one Tracked Account, accounts with up to 10,000 followers, weekly Checks, and access to your Reports.
Pro plan
Pro is not yet available for purchase; the waitlist is a request for early access, not a subscription or a commitment to buy. When paid plans open, the price, billing cycle, and refund terms shown at checkout will apply to that purchase.
Taxes
Where taxes apply to a paid plan, you are responsible for them unless the law says otherwise.
6. Your data, our content
Your Reports
The Instagram lists we assemble for you stay yours to view, search, and export while your Account is active. We keep them only to provide the Service.
Our content
The Service itself — its design, code, guides, and Reports presentation — belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it as these Terms allow.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, you let us use them without owing you anything, and you confirm you have the right to share them.
7. Third parties
We rely on a small number of providers to run the Service: hosting and database, email delivery, and a service that returns Instagram's public list data. Each acts on our instructions and is bound by confidentiality. Their own terms may affect you if you use their products directly.
8. Availability and disclaimers
As is
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Not guaranteed
Instagram changes its platform, rate-limits access, and sometimes hides or reorders lists. We do not promise that any Check will complete, that a Report will be complete or accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Where Instagram stops returning data for a Tracked Account, we tell you what happened in the dashboard and stop or retry tracking.
No advice
Reports are factual observations about public lists, not legal, financial, or relationship advice.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sia EOOD and its people from claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of someone else's rights.
11. Term and termination
Your side
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your Account and Reports from Account & billing in the dashboard, or ask us by email to do it for you.
Our side
We may suspend or end access as described in Section 2, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where we reasonably can.
Afterwards
Sections on ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and general provisions survive termination.
12. General provisions
- Changes — we may update these Terms. For significant changes we'll post the new date on this page and, where we hold your email, tell you in advance.
- Assignment — you may not transfer your Account or these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganisation or sale.
- Severability — if a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force and that provision is read as closely as possible to the original intent.
- Waiver — our silence about a breach is not a waiver of it.
- Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent court in Bulgaria. This does not affect mandatory consumer protections where you live.
