- 1Clear your history — open the dashboard and use Account & billing to pause tracking or delete your data and account. Nothing to wait for.
- 2Private or very large accounts — Instagram only lets you export your own data, so use the free Compare Two Lists tool with those files instead.
- 3How-to guides — the blog walks through seeing who unfollowed you and who someone recently followed.
